Customer service and best value are the foundations of LateSail’s business. We launched the ‘Name Your Price’ section to put pricing power in the hands of the charterer. Now we offer a unique Price Promise.
The LateSail Price Promise
If prior to booking you have received a quote from LateSail and a lower quote elsewhere, we will match any charter price offered to you, then beat it by 10% of the difference or £50, whichever is greater. Details of how this works are shown below.
Price Promise details
- The LateSail and other quote must be ‘like for like’ i.e. same charter dates, same area, same boat length, same age of boat, same equipment, same transfers/taxes.
- A copy of the third party written quote must be forwarded to LateSail.
- If in our opinion the two offers are ‘like for like’ we will match the other offer, then beat it by 10% of the difference or £50, whichever is greater.
LateSail’s price promise applies to all quotations prior to booking and can not be applied to existing charters once the booking has been confirmed.
