The Seychelles provide ideal year round sailing. The dry season is from May to October with south-easterly tradewinds. There are more frequent rainfalls between November and April with the wind blowing from the north-west. The wet season is from December to February and the tradewinds blow 20 knots constantly all year.
There are twice weekly direct flights from the UK to Mahe International Airport. Praslin is located 40km from Mahe and can be reached by a 15 minute Air Seychelles flight or by a 1 hour ferry journey.
