Next Steps in booking your charter:
Once you have selected your preferred yacht, just let us know and we will place an “option” on the yacht to protect it for you. We will also confirm the booking deposit required to secure the booking. Payment terms vary from boat to boat, and depend on the amount of time between booking and the charter taking place and typically range from 25% to 50% of the total charter fee. If the charter is taking place in the next 6 to 10 weeks typically payment in full is required in order to confirm the booking. Payment can be made by credit or debit cards either over the phone, or through the “online payments” section of our website, simply quote your name as a reference. If you prefer to send payment by bank transfer we will happily provide account details.
Once the deposit is paid we can confirm your charter with the charter company. There can sometime be a short delay whilst we wait to receive the confirmation documents from the charter companies. Once all the information is received by our team you will receive a confirmation email from our system which provides you with login details where you can access and manage your booking through our website.
