We promise we are not losing the plot… For starters “EarlySail.com” doesn’t quite have the same ring to it, but also there are advantages to booking early as well as last minute. So why book early?
Better choice of yachts
If you have already decided it is important to have a particular model, year of build, layout, sail configuration etc.. then booking early is probably for you. It’s worth noting that the very newest models often get booked up first.
Price of flights.
Where you can fly to most affordably has a big impact on the overall cost, so if possible it is worth taking advantage of discounted flights by booking them early. Remember, if you chartering in the Mediterranean remember most charter companies operate a Saturday-Saturday turnaround.
Early booking discounts.
Now it is fair to say that the bigger discounts will be available last minute, however an early booking discount (usually in the range of 5 to 20%) from a conservatively priced rate sheet is still a considerable saving. Especially if combined with our other reasons to book early.
