Our team is central to what we do and most of you know them by first name terms, which just goes to show what an incredible job they do. LateSail was established in 1999 and after 20 successful years helping people create their dream sailing holidays, we announced this news back in August.

Our collaboration with the RNLI for their Mayday campaign raised more than £500 for the life-saving charity. We produced this video guide with some of their volunteers to share their wisdom about the best things to take on a sailing holiday, including life-saving items and some fun things too.
