Day 1 Lefkas
Your unforgettable flotilla holiday begins on mythical Lefkas—an island central to Greek mythology, in particular to Homer’s Odyssey.
Day 2 Lefkas to Vathi, Meganisi
Follow the breakwater out of Lefkas marina, past the tiny islet of Forti and into the Ionian Sea. The first leg of your flotilla journey takes you south along the length of Lefkas Island to tiny, green Meganisi, believed to be a part of Odysseus’ Kingdom in Homeric mythology.
Day 3 Vathi to Vasiliki, Lefkas
Cruise from sickle-shaped Meganisi Island around to Lefkas’ south coast. Skirt the craggy headland and make for the enormous Vasiliki Bay.
Day 4 Vasiliki to Fiscardo, Kefalonia
It’s a straight line from Vasiliki Bay to the celebrated island of Kefalonia. Enjoy a few miles of exciting open water sailing as you make for one of Greece’s most famous islands, best known for Captain Corelli, olive oil and ancient history.
Day 5 Free sailing day
Now that you’ve had time to familiarise yourself with your yacht and gain confidence on the water, a free sailing day is your chance to explore the Ionian at your leisure and seek your own personal adventures independently or in small groups.
Day 6 Abelike Bay
Abelike Bay on the northern end of Meganisi is a large, natural cove barely touched by human hands. The undeveloped shores of Abelike Bay are free from the kind of amenities and facilities you’d expect from the average sailing destination, and this is the charm of the place.
Day 7 Abelike Bay to Lefkas
Cruise through the undisturbed waters of Abelike Bay as you make your way north to our Lefkas base. Back in Lefkas once more, your final day is a chance to take in any Ionian highlights you may have missed so far, or simply chill out and soak up the atmosphere.
