Guter, ausführlicher Check-In. Kompetenter Pitter-Mitarbeiter. Einwandfreie und hilfsbereite (erfolgreiche) Unterstützung bei telefonischer Kontaktierung unterwegs. Gewissenhafter Check-Out, gibt ein gutes Gefühl (sie schauen wirklich alles an). Somit ist die Yacht bereit für die nächsten Charterer.
