The tenant must notify in writing of the cancellation of his rental (email or post). - More than 6 months before the start of the rental, the deposit(s) paid will be returned - Less than 6 months before the start of the rental, the deposit(s) paid will be acquired from the rental company. The rental company undertakes to try to re-rent the sailboat – if the sailboat is re-rented, all amounts collected by the rental company will be returned - Less than one month before the start of the rental, the entire amount of the rental, options and services subscribed to in the contract will be acquired from the rental company, in the form of a credit during the current calendar year. If the credit is not used, the amounts received will be acquired (if the sailboat is re-rented, the amounts paid will be returned). - Less than 15 days before the start of the rental, the entire amount of the rental, options and services subscribed to in the contract will be acquired from the rental company (if the sailboat is re-rented, the amounts paid will be returned). Please note: in the case of the subscription of a crew member (skipper or host/hostess) they will be charged compensation costs for cancellation within less than one month up to 100% of the amount of their benefit.
