The rental amount remains with the lessor, whether or not the lessee has used the boat during the rental period, whatever the reason for this vacancy. The period for which was concluded the contract may be moved at the request of the tenant within the possibilities of the lessor's schedule. If the tenant renounces the rental and terminates the contract concluded with the lessor, the Collection of cancellation fees will be made under the following conditions: − For a cancellation request made more than six months before the departure of the rental, the entire amount already paid. ‐If this request occurs less than six months before the start of the rental, the deposit(s) paid and/or due will be acquired by the lessor. − However, if the latter manages to re-rent the reserved boat, for the same period, he will reimburse the entire deposit less the amount of the administration fees.
