Article 7. CANCELLATION BY THE RENTER Before taking over the boat, if the renter cancels the rental and terminates the contract, no refund will be paid. If you cancel after departure or if you do not show up at the time of departure, you will not be reimbursed. In any case, if the rental company manages to rent the reserved boat, it will refund all deposits paid. At the time of taking over the boat, if the delivered boat is not in a seaworthy condition, either due to the lack of an essential safety element, or because it does not comply with the regulations, and if the rental company is unable to offer a boat with equal or superior characteristics, the renter may terminate this contract and obtain the refund of the sums paid to the exclusion of any other compensation. The renter is prohibited from refusing the rental of a replacement boat with similar characteristics. After taking over, this contract cannot be terminated. Article 8. TOTAL OR PARTIAL CANCELLATION BY THE LESSOR In the event of proven incompetence of the skipper or crew or failure to present the required qualifications, the lessor reserves the right to cancel the contract. In the event of weather conditions making nautical practice dangerous, the lessor gives the lessee the option of postponing or obtaining a refund for the rental of the vessel.
