Etat d'entretien limite pour une location, de nombreux défauts (chariot de grand voile manquant, bas-haubans érodés, barre dure, verrouillage bricolé et joint remplacé pour la porte du réfrigérateur, panneaux solaires inopérants, batteries peu efficaces, dinghy rafistolé, fixation vétuste du trampoline, ...). Des éléments limite aussi pour la sécurité (aucune manille pour accrocher l'ancre de secours à la chaine de secours, pas de pince coupe-câble, une scie à métaux fournie en dernière minute
Propreté faite trop rapidement (coulures grasses sur les cloisons, équipets sous évier sales et malodorants, ...) par rapport au forfait nettoyage réclamé.
Heureusement aucune avarie ni difficulté de navigation dans des conditions de mer très calme.
