Der Check-In war chaotisch, lange Wartezeit, Vorbestellungen waren nicht richtig vorbereitet, mussten reklamiert werden,
dann war das Boot nicht gereinigt, schmutziges Geschirr im Wasserbecken, wir konnten das Boot so nicht übernehmen;
später wurde das Boot gereinigt, aber dennoch einige völlig verschmutzte Bereiche;
Einweisung war gut und bemüht, um die Defizite wettzumachen;
die Ausrüstung war nicht komplette, es fehlten z. B. Seitenschneider für Wanten,, ansonsten ok.
Boot ansonsten in gutem Zustand, alles hat gut funktioniert.
Check-Out durch Michael sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
