Mitte Januar 2024 wurde eine Oceanis 40.1 (Baujahr 2024) für einen Törn Anfang Mai gebucht.
Ca. 10 Tage vor dem Start wurde mitgeteilt das die gebuchte Yacht wg. fehlender Papiere nicht zur Verfügung steht.
Ersatzangebot war nicht akzeptabel. Buchung wurde storniert.
