Once the boat reservation is confirmed, there is a right to cancel free of charge within a maximum of 3 business days. Apart from this, the cancellation conditions written below apply. * All cancellations requested 90 days prior to commencement will incur a 20% fee. *All cancellations requested 60 days prior to commencement will incur a 30% fee. *All cancellations requested 30 days prior to commencement will result in loss of deposit. Customers with cancellations that incur a 30% fee will be issued with a credit that may be used for hiring the same or similar yacht within a 12 month period. *Any cancellations requested 14 days prior to commencement will result in a charge of the full tour amount. * All payments incurred as a result of cancellations must be paid in full 30 days after cancellation confirmation. * In cases such as government travel restrictions, curfews caused by the effects of the global pandemic, the tour is canceled and the deposit payment is returned to the guest. * In case of cancellations made for personal reasons (illness, funeral, special reasons), the tour is not canceled, the deposit is not refunded, the cancellation conditions written above are valid.
