Organisation bien huilée, très pro.
Bateau bien entretenu.
Ne pas hésiter à demander de pouvoir venir avant la l'heure officielle, pour récupérer le bateau. Beaucoup de bateaux à dispatcher en même temps. Etaler la plage horaire de mise à disposition serait bénéfique à tous.
