In the event of cancellation by the lessee, the lessor must be notified in writing. If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the start of the rental period, 70% of the total amount paid will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days in advance, 50% of the refund will be made, unless the lessor can rent the boat to another person for the same or longer period. In the case of shorter days, the days lost will be deducted up to 50% of the daily value. In the event of cancellation by the lessor due to unforeseen circumstances, such as breakdowns, bad weather or any other reason that makes it impossible to fulfil the contract, the lessee will be offered a boat with similar or superior characteristics. If this is not possible, the lessee will be refunded the full amount paid.
