Great tech staff solved problems. Rodder not functional before start due to previous client, solved by change of rodderwithin 18 hours. Unfortunately this put autopilot out of order so we could not sail during the week (since I was single sailor when wife held three small kids). Well, always issues with rental boats, but I was impressed by their issue solving skills. Not Dream Charters fault, rather previous renter, but I would have loved to have autopilot.
