Der Chartervertrag verlangt die Vorauszahlung der Kaution in voller Höhe. Ohne das wird Cruising Charter das Boot nicht der Crew übergeben, auch wenn die Buchung voll bezahlt ist. 3000 € wurden von meiner Kreditkarte gebucht. Es gab bei meinem Törn keine Beanstandung und das Geld wurde 10 Tage später zurückgebucht. Mein Konto geriet in Minus. Das ist das erste Mal, dass ein Vercharterer die Auszahlung der vollen Kaution verlangt. Bei den bisherigen Segeltörns habe ich meine Kreditkarte hinterlegt, ohne das Konto zu belasten. Cruising Charter hat gutes technisches Service, aber die Kautionssache ist leider negativ.
