I have been renting sailing boats for several years. Unfortunately my experience with Franscesco has been the poorest I have ever had.
The day I was supposed to get the boat he told me the boat engine was KO. He proposed back up solution via another rental company but starting only the following day meaning one day of rental lost. He never wanted to pay back the rental day missed.
