Cancellation Policy
The excursion provider has the right to cancel or reschedule the cruise if:
a. It is so ordered by the authorities (Coast guard)
b. It is so judged by the provider that the cruise will not be safe or a pleasant experience.
In the above cases a full refund will be issued if the proposed date for reschedule is not accepted by the customer.
Customer can cancel up to 30 days in advance of the experience for a full refund.
If the customer cancels less than 30 days before the experience’s date, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
