bateau très confortable, idéal pour faire une croisière de plaisance. Service client réceptif : En effet nous avons eu un souci de gain d'eau qui a été rapidement géré par l'agence. Je recommande.

Gros manques de professionnalisme dans la préparation et l’entretien du voilier neuf (enrouleur de GV fonctionnant mal) absence de mise en main (a consisté à faire parapher un écran de smartphone, et nous indiquer que les clefs étaient sur le bateau).
Minimum légal d’équipement de sécurité (pas de gonfleur ni de rames pour l’annexe, une seule carte papier). Expérience très décevante
