Sur facturation de 300 € pour :
1) Retour tardif (vendredi après le sunset) : 30 € alors que le Check out est prévu le lendemain à 9h00 !!!
2) Plein non refait : 100 €
3) Facturation au triple du gazoil et surestimation de notre conso
J’ai trouvé le procédé malhonnête de ne pas avoir précisé ces points importants lors du Check in (fait évidemment par une autre personne )
