Not sure if it was Luciana but we have many issues and many items unclear, plus the clean service it was very deficient, the host even didn’t put our bed sheets , we have to request every single day to take out the bathroom baskets , we request three times to make shanks for us and leave it ready she nerve did , my experience it was not positive at all. The boat was cleaned only once . Even at the living room . The captain never gave us any recommendations just , swim and sleep .. that’s all .. terrible experience.
