Wir sind maßlos enttäuscht. Seit Jahren buchen wir bei Argos/Samboat unsere Boote. Nun hatten wir ein 2023er Katamaran gebucht und bestätigt bekommen. Erhalten haben wir aber ein 2 Jahre älteres Boot das nicht nur mehr Jahre auf dem Buckel hatte sondern auch schlechter ausgestattet war (keine Klimaanlage). Der Vercharterer hat ganz klar gemacht dass von Argos/Samboat das falsche Boot gebucht wurde. Argos/Samboat will davon nichts wissen und übernimmt die Verantwortung nicht, obwohl alles eindeutig zu belegen ist. Man ist auch nicht bereit uns eine angemessene Entschädigung zu geben nachdem das Boot älter, schlechter ausgestattet und wir echt Stress mit unsere Crew vor Ort hatten. Das ist eine riesige Enttäuschung. Da bucht man doch besser direkt bei Dreamyacht Charter. Da weiß man zumindest was man gebucht hat und was man dann bekommt. Nie wieder!
