SamBoat sales rep answered our questions by phone and email (description was too sparse - improve that!).
The FLX is managed by Dream Yacht. They were helpful and prepared. Check-out (=picking up the boat) was OK. Come prepared with questions, as they likely will miss some topics. They were willing to explain it all.
During check-out, we (not them!) found out the batteries weren't charging at all. Upon tests, they decided to replace the full house-battery set and a control unit. Nice, although that cost us 2.5 hrs in the marina. Clearly, this was a problem they should have found.
The boat's only power-winch had 1 speed working, the other button was dead. All other winches are manual. The Charter Plotter maps were very coarse - nearly useless; big disappointment. Google Maps was our rescue.
The 2021 FLX overall was fine; but the wear&tear over 3 years showed. As one result, the dinghy divet lifting rope mount broke, dropping the dinghy upside-down! Engine/generator/watermaker all fine.
