We had an excellent experience with this charter company! The check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, making the whole process very pleasant. A special thanks goes to the technical contact Josip, who was simply outstanding – available day and night, he provided quick and friendly advice whenever needed and solved every user issue we had during our trip. His professionalism and helpfulness gave us great peace of mind on board.
Unfortunately, the generator stopped working midway through the journey and could not be fixed right away. But technical problems can happen, especially on boats, and this was clearly not the fault of the charter company. Thanks to Josip’s constant support, we still felt well taken care of and could fully enjoy our time.
Overall, the service was reliable, professional, and customer-oriented. We highly recommend this company and will definitely come back!
