Article 7. CANCELLATION BY THE RENTER Before taking charge of the boat, if the renter renounces the rental and terminates the contract, no refund will be paid. If you cancel after departure or if you do not show up at the time of departure, you will not be reimbursed. In any event, if the rental company manages to rent the reserved boat, it will reimburse all deposits paid. At the time of taking charge of the boat, if the boat delivered is not in a seaworthy condition, either due to the lack of an essential safety element or because it does not comply with the regulations, and if the rental company is unable to offer a boat with equal or superior characteristics, the renter may terminate this contract and obtain the refund of the sums paid to the exclusion of any other compensation. The renter agrees not to refuse the rental of a replacement boat with similar characteristics. After taking charge, this contract cannot be terminated. Article 8. TOTAL OR PARTIAL CANCELLATION BY THE RENTAL COMPANY In the event of proven incompetence of the skipper or crew or failure to present the required qualifications, the rental company reserves the right to cancel the contract. In the event of weather conditions making nautical practice dangerous, the rental company gives the tenant the option of postponing or obtaining a refund for the rental of the vessel.
