Insgesamt war der Urlaub in Ordnung. Die Angestellten von Navigare Yachting waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider besteht weiterhin Verbesserungsbedarf hinsichtlich der technischen Ausstattung und Qualität der Segelboote. Vor Ort haben wir eine Liste mit Mängeln hinterlassen, darunter:
- Verstopfter Abfluss in der Küche
- Defekte Lautsprecheranlage im Innenraum
- Außenbord-Dingi-Halterung war defekt und konnte nicht genutzt werden
- Kosten von 85 € für die Reparatur der Ruderanlage und Anlegegebühren
- Nicht funktionierende Bedienung Anker am Skipperstand
- Reparatur der WC-Anlage Backbord, was zu einer verzögerten Übergabe führte
- Defekter Lüfter in der Steuerbord-Heckkabine
Den meisten Ärger und Unmut hat natürlich der verlorene Urlaubstag für die Reparatur der Ruderanlage verursacht. Ich hoffe auf eine Wiedergutmachung bei der nächsten Gelegenheit.
