Extra costs for Dinghy. Poor communication before, during and after charter. No proper handover. No explanations verbal or onboard. Ineffective stern anchor. No customer care communication due to bad weather. No help to tie up boat in squawal. Failure to be present for handover at time requested. Inconsistent information re handover time. No acknowledgment of their failures. Did not offer any discount re cost of Dinghy that I did not expect to pay for.
The marina had very poor, not regularly cleaned or clean facilities. Only one shower available for whole marina.
I would not recommend this charter company who takes its customers for granted.
Only good think is that the boat operated well apart from stern anchor
