- Se averio el piloto automatico en una travesia de 3 semanas y no aportan solucion ni sufragan los gastos que hemos tenido que soportar para intentar solucionar el problema. Indican que en toda la flota de barcos nuevos han tenido ese problema y que lamentan no poder ayudarnos.
- La genova autovirante no esta puesta. Nos dicen que no hay nadie disponible (el dia siguiente al check in en su propio puerto base).
- Nos dicen que la cadena del ancla esta marcada cada 10 metros pero no es asi. Despues indican que no saben cómo esta marcada porque quien lo marcó ya no trabaja en la empresa.
- A falta de dos dias de terminar la travesia nos envian un mensaje de que llevamos el barco sin seguro porque no hemos pagado la fianza, y que teniamos que pagar de nuevo, siendo esto incorrecto. Enviamos el resguardo del pago, pero ni respondieron.
- No es una empresa fiable que responda ante las incidencias. En el check in tb vimos otros problemas con otros clientes que estaban indignados.
