Nous pensions embarquer pour une croisière de rêve, nous avons surtout payé très cher pour une mauvaise farce flottante. Une partie du bateau ? Inaccessible, car réservée au staff. Le skipper ? Aussi chaleureux qu’un iceberg, instaurant une ambiance plombée dont même l’hôtesse – adorable mais visiblement terrorisée – n’a pu nous sauver. Les “options” ? Un festival de mesquinerie tarifaire : serviettes miteuses facturées, paddle à 100 € la journée, comme si les prix exorbitants de la location ne suffisaient pas. L’annexe, minuscule et ridicule, faisait honte à un bateau de ce standing. Quant aux itinéraires, la moindre demande se transformait en problème insoluble. Cerise sur le gâteau : à l’arrivée, nous avons traîné nos valises seuls jusqu’au bateau, comme dans un motel bas de gamme. Conclusion : prestation indigne, service honteux, ambiance glaciale. Un luxe d’apparat au goût amer, vendu à prix d’or.
